As of later this year, the company will be introducing a new pricing plan that includes a $0.99 per month option for 20GB of storage, as well as a 200GB plan for $3.99 per month.

For individuals looking for free storage options, Microsoft's OneDrive service offers 10GB of storage space for personal accounts. Businesses can also opt for the Starter tier, which provides 100GB of storage for teams of up to 10 people at a cost of $5 per user per month. Additionally, customers can purchase extra storage in increments of 10GB, 20GB, and 50GB at prices ranging from $20 to $100 per year.

OneDrive also offers an exclusive deal for Microsoft Surface device owners. When you purchase a Surface device, you become eligible to receive 200GB of free OneDrive space for two years.

In comparison, Google offers additional storage options for its account holders. For instance, users can purchase 1TB of storage for $9.99 per month, 10TB for $99.99 per month, and so on. Apple's iCloud service also includes 5GB of free storage space.

Another way to increase your OneDrive storage space is through the Surface bonus program. This offer provides additional storage to users who purchase a Microsoft Surface device.

Google account holders also have access to Google Drive, which offers 15GB of storage for files in Drive, Gmail messages, and Google+ photos. Users can purchase an extra 100GB of storage for $1.99 per month, a price point that Microsoft is now matching.
